This guide will show you step by step how to connect IronSource with our platform.

Connecting at the Audits & Import Instance Level

To connect the app at the Audits level, you will be prompted to enter a "User name & Secret Key" for Audits and "Secret Key & Refresh Token" for Import Instances. 

To obtain these essential pieces of information, proceed with the following steps:

  • In the left side menu, click on the avatar in the bottom-left corner.
  • Select the 'Account' option.
  • Once inside,  In the Basic Account Details, you will find your username.
  • Next, navigate to the "API" tab for ‘Secret key’ and ‘Refresh Token’.

Connection at the Application level

Once the partner is linked to the organization, the next step is to establish a connection at the application level. In this phase, you will be required to input the "App Key". To retrieve this information, adhere to the following steps:

  • Navigate to the Dashboard and identify the list of applications.
  • Choose the specific application you wish to modify.
  • Within the editing interface of the selected application, locate the "App Key" parameter.

Partner Instance creation

When creating an instance in the IronSource mediator, you need to include the "Instance ID" parameter. You can find this parameter by following these steps:

  • Once inside the app, navigate through the left side menu to SDK Networks setup.
  • Enter the app.
  • Select the network, and the details will be displayed.
  • Press the edit button and copy the instance ID.

Disclaimer: Do not copy and paste values from 'secret' fields (e.g., asterisks) as they may not copy correctly.
