Dashboard
Overview:
In the Apps Overview section, you will be able to view consolidated real-time metrics of their organization, encompassing all registered applications. Above, you'll find three key metrics displayed in line, area, or bar charts (selectable in the top right corner):
- Net Revenue: Total earnings from all apps during the selected period.
- Impressions: Count of how many times an ad was viewed by users.
- Active Users: Average number of unique users who interact with ads during a defined timeframe
The date filter allows you to select the desired period to view data, defaulting to the last 7 days and affecting the entire page. If a period of 72 hours or less is selected, the display adjusts to show data per hour instead of per day.
App Performance:
Here, you'll be able to view the list of all the applications you've registered on the platform. You can see the status of all your applications:
-
Not live: Your store URL is missing, so we're waiting for you to set it up. Once that's done, it moves to 'Pending' status
-
Pending: Your app configuration is missing, so our X3M operations team is setting it up. Once that's done, it moves to 'Running' status. After that, you'll need to configure the application, AdMob, and placement IDs.
-
Running: Ready to receive productive traffic. Next, you'll be able to view:
-
Icon and name: If your application is registered in the store, the system will retrieve the information from there; otherwise, you'll need to define it manually
-
Platform Type:
- Single Platform: Applications designed for a single platform, either Android or iOS. If the app isn't registered in the store, it must be single-platform.
- Multiplatform: Applications designed to function on both platforms.
-
Ad Types: You'll see 3 icons - Banner, Interstitial, and Video Reward - in 2 different states:
- Grayed out: No active placement for that ad type.
- Red: Active placement.
-
Metrics: You'll see the same detailed metrics as before, representing consolidated results for the selected dates.
-
View More Button: This button allows you to access specific details of each application, providing all the necessary attributes to configure your application and have it ready for monetization
- App Key: Unique code that identifies the application within the platform.
- Placement’s ID: A unique identifier assigned to each ad space within the application. This identifier distinguishes different areas of the app where ads can be displayed. By default, X3M generates a placement for each ad type, which can then be utilized across multiple areas within the application.
- Admob App ID: Unique identifier assigned for each platform in AdMob, this attribute must be configured in the application's deployment.
